Hiring Administrator: Jordan Beveridge

 

General Duties:

The Director of Information Systems oversees the District student information systems, data, and evaluation programs. This includes the development of District performance indicators, program evaluation tools, and state/District accountability systems. Directly assists the Information and Technology Officer in accomplishing the goals and services of the department.

 

Essential Requirements: 

• A Bachelor’s  Degree with preferred emphasis in Information Systems and Services, or a related field
• The ability to follow oral and written instructions
• The ability to effectively work and communicate with students, parents, and school personnel from diverse cultures and/or backgrounds 
• The ability to work harmoniously with others 
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications 
• The ability to learn new automated systems as they are brought online by the District
• This administrative level role will support the teams within the Technology Services Department that oversee student information, digital curriculum setup, records archival and development of systems and applications that provide reporting
• This role will be part of the Technology Services administrative team
